• Loads can be accumulated over multiple transactions within the event period.
• Customers can track their accumulated loads through a card given to them by our staff.
• Customers MUST bring the card at the time of laundry so that our staff can fill up and sign the card.
• Free Load can be redeemed after reaching the accumulation of 10 loads.
• Free Load is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
