1. What are your services?

We offer basic shoe cleaning services for all kinds of shoes at ₱450 per pair.

Special Offer: Get a ₱200 discount when you send in 3 pairs or more!

2. Where are you located?

We are a home-based shoe cleaning service located in Avida Turf, BGC.

3. What are your operating hours?

Our regular operating hours are 1 PM to 6 PM daily.

Flexible Hours: If 7-8 PM works better for you, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to adjust.

4. Do you offer pick-up and delivery?

Yes!

Free pick-up and delivery within BGC.
For areas outside BGC, the customer will need to cover the Lalamove fee.

5. What is your turn-around time?

Our standard cleaning process takes 2-3 business days. However, for shoes requiring extra attention or deeper cleaning, we may need an additional 1-2 days to ensure the best results. We’ll inform you in advance if this applies.

6. Are there any shoes you don’t accept?

•Shoes with biohazardous materials (e.g., p**p, urine, blood, mold).
•Shoes heavily caked in mud or other substances that may compromise our cleaning equipment.
•Severely damaged shoes beyond cleaning or repair.

7. How do I book your services?

Send us photos of your shoes via messenger and we’ll confirm if we can accept them.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash or online transfers (e.g., GCash, bank transfer). Payment is required upon completion of service.

9. Can you guarantee stain removal?

While we do our best to clean and restore your shoes, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, especially those that are deeply embedded or from long-term damage.
