Job Description:
•Assist customers in using self-service laundry machines.
•Handle wash, dry, and fold services for drop-off laundry.
•Ensure proper handling, sorting, and folding of clothes.
•Keep laundry area clean, organized, and sanitized.
•Check and maintain laundry machines, report any issues.
•Handle customer inquiries and provide good service.
•Collect and verify payments (cash, GCash, etc.).
•Recording of daily sales and expenses.
Qualifications:
•At least High School Graduate.
•Preferably with experience in customer service (but not required).
•Hardworking, trustworthy, and reliable.
•With good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
•Physically fit (able to carry laundry loads).
•Can work with minimal supervision.
•Able to perform basic arithmetic computations
