The MonCAST Elite Event Marshal, under the guidance of its advisers and officers, successfully carried out its responsibilities and activities during the Second Semester of A.Y. 2025โ2026. The organization remained active in promoting discipline, leadership, teamwork, and service through active participation in school events, programs, and organizational activities. Members consistently demonstrated commitment and professionalism in fulfilling their duties as event marshals, contributing to the smooth flow and success of various campus events.
Despite challenges such as hectic schedules and academic demands, the organization remained united, responsible, and dedicated to serving the institution. Through cooperation, perseverance, and strong leadership, the members further developed their confidence, communication skills, and sense of responsibility. The semester concluded with meaningful accomplishments and strengthened camaraderie among members, inspiring the organization to continue striving for excellence and service in the coming academic year.
