On the day of your scheduled pick-up, our driver will be guaranteed to arrive within the agreed window of time.
Kindly have your laundry items ready in a bag of your choice (garbage bags, reusable, etc.). Please separate any stained items and items that need special care. We usually pay more attention to your specific instructions rather than reading the individual labels for washing instructions.
Make sure to double check your pockets! We will NOT be responsible for these items either being lost in the wash or damaged by things left in pockets, such as markers, pens, lighters, gum, etc.
On the mutually agreed upon date of delivery, our driver will bring everything back to you on your confirmed delivery time. We will gladly send you a text to inform you that your clothes are en route and again, once the delivery has been made.
