Our Laundry Policy
We handle and take the utmost care of your laundry, however:
1. Availing any of our service constitutes consent of this policy without any prior written agreement.
2. We are not responsible for color loss (pangungupas), color bleeding (pamamantsa), shrinkage (pang iiksi) and deformation (pagbabagong itsura) or damage and tear to your weak and tender fabrics.
3. Please remove clothing that may likely to bleed its color. We encourage that you give us care instructions if you are particular with your laundry.
4. We are not responsible to any damage that maybe caused by ink pens, crayons, cosmetics, sharp objects, chewing gums or any likes left in pockets and clothing. Please check all pockets and clothing before turning them over for laundry.
5. We are not responsible for missing buttons, strings, bra pads and zipper holders.
6. Your laundry is being “machine-washed” so lower your expectations as our staff have limited time and resources to spot stain and dirt; request for “overnight babad” and extra care is always encouraged.
7. We are not responsible for the safe keeping of your laundry basket. We ask that you bring your laundry baskets with you upon delivery of your laundry.
8. Comforters, mink blankets and the likes are washed individually.
9. Do not mix car seat covers/ sofa covers with your wearable; car seat laundry/ sofa cover is 180 per set provided set doesn’t exceed 5 kilos.
10. We take complaints seriously and we take immediate actions to resolve any complaints being thrown at us, however, we can only take formal complaints from you as our customers, but not from your trusted drivers, friends and family members, helpers and others other than you. Please report complaint within 24 hours upon pick up of the laundry as failure to do so can may make it difficult for us to put pieces together.
11. We refuse to take laundry soaked in gasoline, kerosene, paint, acetone, paint thinner, grease, oil, excessive dirt and other chemicals, and/or filled with molds, pets’ hair, fleas which may harm our machines, our staff and other customers.
12. We request that you kindly inform us about your “branded” or “imported” or “expensive” items early during drop off so we can put extra care about them.
