What: NOTICE OF National Grid Corporation of the Philippines POWER INTERRUPTION

When: Sunday, December 21, 2025 | from 5:30AM - 10:30AM (5 hours)

New Time Schedule: 8:00AM to 1:00PM

Affected areas: Whole Cotabato Light Franchise

Reason: Non-GOMP Shutdown of the Kibawe-Sultan Kudarat 138kV TL for the following MD6TL activities:

1. Dismantling of the remaining segments of by-pass ERS-4A for Tower 138 which becomes critical due to severe riverbank scouring.

2. Replacement of PG Clamps into Wedge Type connectors at Tower No. 174, Phase A & C.

What: ADVANCE NOTICE OF National Grid Corporation of the Philippines POWER INTERRUPTION

When: Sunday, November 30, 2025 | 6:30AM - 6:00PM (11.5 hours)

Affected areas: Whole Cotabato Light Franchise

Reason: GOMP Shutdown of the Kibawe–Sultan Kudarat 138kV TL for the following activities:

1. Replacement of broken/corroded insulators by MD6TL.

2. Removal of ERS 4A and correct conductor sag between ERS 3A and tower 139 by MD6TL.

3. Testing of equipment: 7Z-01CB08SKU, 7Z- 01CT07SKU, 7Z-01CT09SKU, 7Z-01DS07SKU, and 7-01DS09SKU (Ride-on activity by MTD-B ETDS).

4. Preventive maintenance of disconnect switch 7-01DS07SKU (Ride-on activity by MTD-B SMR).

5. Testing of Automatic Reclosers (AR) at all 69kV feeders: 5LI1SKU-MID, 5LI1SKU-DSA, and 5LI1SKU-SMY (Ride-on activity by MTD-B DMS).

6. CCMS testing on all 69kV feeders and their 69kV HVEs (Ride-on activity by MTD-B SMS).

7. Tapping of supply of HVEs (simulation or interlocking of DS (Ride-on activity by OPD).
