Tonight we configured and checked the VRF system due to Error 2502. We traced the issue to the indoor unit’s drain system. We inspected the drain pan, float switch, drain pump, and drain line, cleared possible blockage, tested components, and reset the system. Unit was re-tested and monitored after configuration.
