Coleen Laundry Staffs aim to serve all costumers with honestly, integrity and dedication as this job is their primary source of living. They tried to always be kind to all costumers even if some customers underestimate them.
4 staffs are working everyday. We do per load laundry so it won't mixed with other laundry's. Our service is also a 2hrs/same-day laundry. Costumers can count their laundry, not just telling the staffs, "i trusted you coz we are costumers for a long time" then held responsible on the alleged missing item.
Do you think the staff took it? Our service is by load. Yes, we admit small items like panty, socks & hanky can be missing or can be added to other costumers... coz small item can get inside the washer rubber gasket, but definitely not on big items.
Respect begets respect. If you think you lost something, find first in your home. Or the safest way, count everything before dropping.
FYI: We really appreciate our costumers leaving review on our Page for us to improve our service. Others just rate ⭐ with no comment reviews are those they think, "Customers are always right"
