We’d like to share a quick update regarding our operations.

We were scheduled to be admitted earlier today for our son’s surgery. However, he suddenly developed a cough, which has been present for the past two days. After being assessed, the surgeon advised us to have him checked and cleared by his pediatrician first. As a result, the surgery could not proceed as scheduled.

With this, we will still resume our regular operations on October 1 as planned. However, once he is cleared and a new surgery date is confirmed, we may need to have another temporary closure. We will make sure to announce the schedule ahead of time.

📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear valued customers,

Please be informed that Catshoelogy will have NO WORKING DAYS from September 25 to September 30 due to a very important family matter.

Our firstborn son will be undergoing surgery, and we will be taking this time to be with him and focus on his operation and recovery.

👟 You may still drop off or send your shoes to us during these dates, but please expect delays in the cleaning process, as we will not be able to work on shoes during these days. Your shoes will be processed as soon as we resume our regular operations.

We also want to share that one of the reasons we decided to run our recent promo was to help raise additional funds for our son's upcoming surgery and medical expenses. Your support, especially everyone who availed of our promo, has been a huge help to our family. We are truly grateful. ❤️

At this time, we would also like to humbly ask for your prayers for our son. Please pray for a successful surgery, a smooth recovery, and for strength and guidance for our family during this time. 🙏

To everyone who continues to have their shoes cleaned at Catshoelogy, especially those who supported our promo—thank you so, so much. Your support has helped us more than you know, especially financially, as we prepare for our son's surgery.
