Resort Policy
❖ Deposit of 50% of the total is required for reservation.
❖ Balance to be paid upon arrival. CASH basis only!
❖ Cancellation means forfeiture of deposit.
❖ No show means cancellation.
❖ RESCHEDULING POLICY:
Reservation can only be rescheduled if management will be notified 14 days before the check in date.
Failure to settle a reschedule date within 2 weeks after notification is considered a cancellation.
Rebooking is subject to resort availability, price adjustment (if applicable) and management discretion. Rebooking will only be allowed once.
❖ Resort strictly implements session times as follows:
o AM SESSION: 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
o PM SESSION: 7:00 PM ~ 6:30 AM
❖ Advance Party / Hired Caterers / Hired Lights&Sounds must coordinate with the Management at least 3 days before the event. They will be allowed inside the premises during Guest's check-in until check-out time. Guests will be charged per hour rate for additional hours consumed.
❖ Extension time is not allowed for delay arrivals.
❖ Please inform the reception if you wish to retain the resort beyond your check out time. Extension will be given depending on the availability. (We might be expecting guests to come in after you, please leave us time to clean it well for the next guests)
❖ On Failure to vacate the resort on check out time, the management shall have the right to charge the Guest DOUBLE of per hour rate that Guest has consumed.
❖ Swimming pools will be drained 30 minutes before check out time.
❖ Any person coming in and out of the resort during your stay is your responsibility and base on your discretion. The total number of persons must not exceed beyond our agreement (additional charges apply).
❖ For safety, Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms and/or the gate of the resort when going out or going to bed.
❖ The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the Guests' belongings or any other property from either the resort room or any other part of the resort for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
❖ No staff/caretaker will be inside the premises during your stay unless required/authorized by the MNGT.
❖ No lifeguard provided. Please keep children under constant supervision.
❖ The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any injuries or even death.
❖ Bringing goods and/or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees, visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise, damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests’ own negligence and non-observance of any instructions.
❖ Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, poisons, explosives, flammable objects (fireworks), drugs and animals are strictly prohibited on resort premises. (for pets, pls. ask our office for more details)
❖ The Management has the right to inspect our facilities anytime
❖ The Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the resort property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES.
