As of YESTERDAY DEC. 3, 2013 may nagrefer sa amin na gusto daw mag YAYA, so tinanong ko....

Ako: Bakit gusto mo mag YAYA?
her: Kasi po may sakit po c nanay kailangan ng gamot...
Ako: Wala bang nagaasikaso sa kanya?
her: Meron po yung isa kong kapatid...
Ako: Ilan taon na ang kapatid mo?
her: 17 yo po stop ng highschool...
Ako: Ok, ano ba sakit ng nanay mo?
her: Simpleng lagnat po at ubo...
Ako: Oh, kaya yan ng paracetamol at mura lang naman yun ah..
her: Eh may pagkakautang po kami sa meralco at sa inuupahan naming bahay.
Ako: Ah ganun ba? O sige ganito, for sample nabayaran mo na lahat ang pagkakautang ninyo... Ano plan mo?
her: Eh di babalik na po ako sa bahay namin..

Dear all, eto po ang karaniwang eksena, kungdiman eh halos ganito po... Sa ganitong short interview nakikita na namin na baka 2-3 months lang eh magresign na sila sa inyo at hindi magtatagal...

We are screening our aspirants na talagang gusto at willing mag YAYA or HOUSE MAID for a long period of time, at hindi yung dahil sa kailangan lang.

Just want to clear something that we have 2 agreements/contract to sign and these are the following:

1. Agreements between Crystals Hope and the Client.
2. Contracts between the client and his/her Yaya / Maid.

Na miss read po kc yung iba and they thought those agreements are the same or as one, magkaiba po. Salamat po.

As our rules: the client must compensate the travel expenses of our aspirants from their hometown to your location. Sagutin po ng cliente ang pamasahe ng napili niyang Yaya or Maid kung saan sila magmumula... Para po sa ibang detalye maaari po kayong magpunta sa aming ofis...
