BestLife Insurance and Surety Agency, Inc. marked its first founding anniversary on October 1, 2026. The anniversary kicked off with a motorcade, succeeded by a formal program attended by ASKI employees, partners, and representatives from other government agencies.
With the registration on October 1, 2025, with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the agency was created to offer life and non-life insurance solutions that support financial protection and social development.

In celebration of Teachers' Day on October 5, 2026, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) Officers organized a special event, honoring both teaching and non-teaching staff of ASKI Skills and Knowledge Institute, Inc. (ASKI-SKI).
In expressing students' sincerest gratitude, they have facilitated activities that recognized the essential contributions of these educators under the line of creative and collaborative efforts. The event featured the importance of student leadership and appreciation.

𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗯𝘆 𝗔𝗦𝗞𝗜 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗜𝗻𝗰.
Happened at Brgy. Comitang, Sto. Domingo, Nueva Ecija, 150 selected beneficiaries were selected from various areas of the barangay on October 8, 2026. ASKI Foundation, Inc., and the Philippine Charity Sweeptakers Office (PCSO) are in joined hands to support Comitang through a medical mission.
The initiative involves pre-consultation health assessments by ASKI representatives and brangay health workers. Therefore, this mission demonstrates the impact of collaboration among organizations, community leaders, healthcare professionals, and volunteers in uplifting community health services.

On October 8-9, 2026, Ms. Cristina P. Ramirez attended the Data Privacy Training Roadshow in Pampanga, organized by the National Privacy Commission. The training highlighted the Data Privacy Act of 2012, covering essential topics such as Philippine privacy law, data rights, penalties, and lawful processing criteria.
This event addressed emerging issues like artificial intelligence systems and cybersecurity. The training shapes participants' understanding of data privacy practices and reinforces the institution's commitment to shielding personal information for students, employees, and stakeholders.

The ASKI Multi Purpose Cooperative joined the Provincial Cooperative Month Celebration 2026 with the theme "Matibay na Kooperatiba: Nagkakaisang Pamayanan para sa Kapayapaan at Kaunlaran" and the 1st Nueva Ecija Cooperative Enterprise Congress on October 9th, 2026.
This meaningful celebration is a testament of unity, partnership, and collective commitment to building stronger cooperatives and empowering communities. Together, we grow. Together, we transform lives.

Activities for Mental Health Month were introduced on the 13th day of October, 2026, by the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) Officers in an effort to increase knowledge and awareness of mental health. For students, these initiatives spotlighted the importance of feeling heard, validated, and supported, rooted in the intention to create a healthy environment at school wherein kindness, empathy, and respect are valued.
This celebration supports the breaking down of social stigmas that remain a widespread barrier to care, shaped by cultural expectations and systemic gaps; therefore, it takes advantage of opportunity as a platform for advocacy and public education.

In alignment with the ASKI's 2026 corporate theme, 'ASKIunstoppable: Driven by Purpose, United in Mission,' the ASKI conducted a 3-day training with the title, 'Onboarding Success for Newly Hired Employees,' which allowed the participants to explain ASKI's purpose, culture, values, ad organizational identity. This training occurred on October 12-14, 2026, at the ASKI Training Hall, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.
At the end of the programme, the newly hired employees abled to demonstrate expected workplace behaviours, professionalism, and accountability and recognize how their individual roles contribute to the larger ASKI mission.
𝗔𝗦𝗞𝗜 𝗪𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴
In collaboration with the Wholistic Transformation Resource Center (WTRC), ASKI Foundation, Inc., recognized 40 selected scholars under the ASKI Wholistic Scholarship Program—Batang Aktibong Ginagabayan (BAG) ng ASKI on October 15 and 16, 2026. The awardings both took place at the ASKI Skills and Knowledge Institute, Inc. (ASKI-SKI) in Talavera and ASKI Mutual Benefit Association, Inc. (SKI MBA) in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.
With the assistance of the ASKI BAG Program, ASKI Foundation, and WTRC, these ensure opening doors for quality education that strengthens their potentials and lays the foundation for a future where they can make significant contributions to their families and communities.

Officiated by Rev. Fr. Mike Veneracion, the ASKI Group, celebrated its 4th quarterly mass on October 19, 2026. The gathering also served as a Thanksgiving Mass for the first founding anniversary of BestLife Insurance and Surety Agency, Inc.
In his homily, Fr. Mike emphasized that our blessings, achievements, and resources come from God and are meant to be shared, especially with those in need, connecting this message to ASKI's mission: that we are blessed to be a blessing to others.

On October 25, 2026, as part of Bente Productions, Inc.'s series of Ka-Nayon: Usapang Buhay at Kabuhayan, Ms. Divina Gracia C. Santos, ASKI-SKI Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for Shared Services, and Samantha Joshei M. Bulanadi, ASKI-SKI Ambassador of SMILE Asia, discussed the role of education in shaping the youth with values, discipline, and the capacity to be part of positive change in society.
Successively, holistic transformation has been featured in the discussion with Ms. Jane Manucdoc, ASKI MFI Executive Director, and Ms. Maritie A. Rufino, a client of ASKI for over 11 years. The conversation emphasizes how microfinance offers opportunities in life-changing events, ensures stronger families, and builds a better future.

The ASKI Mutual Benefit Association, Inc. (ASKI MBA), represented by Ms. Emeteria F. Quijano, ASKI MBA Chief Executive Officer, and Ms. Larraine Tinga, Senior Compliance Officer, received the One Golden Arrow Award at the 2026 ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) Golden Arrow Recognition Night held at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel in Makati City.
This marks the third time ASKI MBA has earned this prestigious recognition, upholding the highest commitment to integrity, transparency, accountability, and excellence in corporate governance.

ASKI joined the PhilHealth YAKAP Caravan at its Head Office in Cabanatuan City to provide employees with accessible primary healthcare services. Through the initiative, employees availed themselves of free medical consultations, check-ups, laboratory tests, and other healthcare benefits that promote early detection and prevention of illnesses.
In partnership with JHR Medical and Diagnostic Center, an accredited YAKAP clinic in Talavera, Nueva Ecija, the activity highlighted ASKI’s commitment to employee health and wellness. The program concluded with the ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), formalizing the partnership to bring quality and accessible healthcare services closer to employees.
