To all our valued customers,

We will be closed for approximately one (1) week starting tomorrow, 27 May 2023. This is to give us time to attend a particular and immediate family matter outside Bulacan. To our customers with pending or unclaimed finished wash loads, please call the attention of the house owner or look for miss Julie for claims and payments.

Dear valued customers,

As per IATF resolution, ECQ shall prevail within the area of the NCR plus bubble to which neighboring provinces including Bulacan will also be under the said resolution.

Although movement within our community will be greatly affected and monitored, essential services including laundry shops will still be allowed to operate under the conditions stated in the IATF's resolution.

In light with this, E and E Express Laundry Shop will have adjusted shop operations in accordance to the guidelines and curfew hours imposed while we are under the said community quarantine.

We shall temporarily operate and accept your washloads until 5:30 in the afternoon everyday and will be closed right before the imposed curfew hours.

Also, in observance of the Holy Week the following schedule will be observed:

Holy Monday to Maundy Thursday: OPEN
Good Friday: CLOSED
Black Saturday onwards: OPEN

Operating hours beyond April 4 will still be subject to change and will be based on the next IATF update on the status of our community quarantine.

Drop off and pick-up service will still be the only service type we cater as for now. FREE liquid detergent and fabric conditioner promo for every washload is still in effect.

We urge everybody to continue observing minimum health and safety protocol of our government and stay at home if possible.

To our valued customers,

We would like to express our gratitude for bearing with us during the periods of our backlogs and clean up due to the past flooding and series of typhoons that battered Luzon.

We are now reaching our normal shop operations again and just finishing up our last batch of backlogs.

We thank you for your continuous patronage and we always wish for everyone's safety and good health, for we are still fighting a virus that still to have a direct cure or vaccine despite the calamities that hit us.

Dear valued customers,

Due to last week's massive flooding in Lolomboy brought about by typhoon Ulysses, we are currently experiencing backlogs in our services. Your washloads might be processed longer than usual.

We have undergone thorough cleaning inside and outside the shop premises, but we are glad to inform you that all our laundry machines were spared from the said flooding and are still working in excellent condition so we can still guarantee top quality laundry services to our customers.

We humbly ask for your understanding and patience in any delay that you may experience from our services while we are still finishing restoration to the remaining parts of the shop premises.

As of today, November 01, 2020 Bulacan together with neighboring provinces and NCR are under TWCS #3 and #4. Kindly take extra precautionary measures and evacuate if needed especially if water levels in rivers, creeks and other waterforms around us rises.

Despite stormy weather and potential torrential downpour due to super typhoon Rolly (Goni). E and E Express Laundry will remain open and operate from 9am to 7pm. You can still drop-off your laundries today and coordinate with the staff for the scheduled pick-up. We hope for your kind consideration if ever waiting/promised time will be longer than usual because of sudden influx of customers since yesterday due to the said super typhoon.

Stay safe to our beloved neighbors and the whole of Lolomboy! Let us also pray for all affected places and people of S.T. Rolly. Do not forget to still observe minimum heath standards for COVID19 prevention eventhough we are facing a very devastating force of nature right now.

As per recommendation to our president, several provinces including Bulacan are placed back to MECQ. Movements are again limited/restricted. However, we are one of the essential services that are allowed to operate to serve the general public. In this regard, we shall continue our operations under MECQ.

Important reminder to our dear customers:

In order for us to safely operate and ensure you your safety and our staff's safety as well, may we respectfully remind everyone to observe minimum health safety standards established by our government.

Some important policies are:
1. Wear facemasks and other protective gear.
2. Observe social distancing.
3. Drop-off and pick-up with optional fold will still be the only service we shall provide (temporarily).
4. No waiting for laundries inside shop premises.
5. Aside from cash, we also accept GCash as mode of payment to promote contactless payments.
6. Alcohol station is provided inside the shop. Please feel free to use them whenever you need to.
7. Kindly refrain from bringing minors with you when you leave and pick-up your washloads.

As you entrust your laundries to us, rest assured that we will treat every washload with outmost care and vigilance for the safety of all.
