The Isla de Panamao Eagles Club, in commitment to community service, collaborated with the Provincial Government of Biliran in conducting a Bloodletting Activity held today, February 25, 2026, at the Naval Central School Covered Court in Brgy. P.I. Garcia, Naval, Biliran.With the participation of BPH, PNP, BFP, DOH, BipSU, 802 CDC, PA, Naval Central School, RHU Naval, and Brgy. P.I. Garcia, this initiative serves as a vital effort to replenish local blood banks and provide essential support for our community’s urgent health needs.

“EVR3' Christmas Gift Giving”

The Isla de Panamao Eagles Club, together with all EVR 3 Clubs, headed by Regional Governor Eagle Ivan Centino and joined forces with the 8RCDG,RESCOM, PA, distributed gift packs to 150 recipients who are victims of Typhoons “Tino and Uwan” in Brgy. Catmon, St. Bernard, Southern Leyte.
This community service aims to uplift the spirits of the victims during the upcoming Yuletide season. The Fraternal Order of Eagles — Philippine Eagles is heartily fulfilling its mission of uplifting Filipino communities through humanitarian aid.
