Mayor Benjamin Magalong reminds the public to prepare as the city will expect heavy rainfall due to Southwest monsoon rains enhanced by Tropical Cyclone "Carina".

According to DOST-PAGASA, heavy downpour is expected on these times and dates:
July 22 - 6 PM to 10 PM
July 23 - 1 AM to 2 AM
10 AM to 5 PM
7 PM to 2 AM (July 24)
