The active low pressure area has officially intensified into Tropical Depression Henry. As of the latest tracking data, the storm's center was located 115 km west-southwest of Abucay, Bataan (14.5°N, 119.4°E).

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 is now active over the Lubang Islands, western Bataan (including Morong, Bagac, and Mariveles), and the southwestern portion of Zambales (covering San Antonio, Castillejos, Subic, and Olongapo City).

Additionally, the combined effects of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the outer bands of TD Henry will trigger strong to gale-force winds today. Coastal and upland areas should prepare for severe gusts, particularly across Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Bulacan, Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Pangasinan, Ilocos Norte, Batanes, Cagayan, Occidental Mindoro, and Palawan.
