To Our Valued Customers,
Thank you for your continued trust and support.
As the owners of this laundry shop, we value and respect the privacy of every customer. We are committed to providing honest, reliable, and professional service while building a brand that you can trust.
We take great care of your clothes and maintain our machines properly to ensure the best washing results. To protect both your garments and our equipment, we strictly follow our operating guidelines.
✅ Please be reminded that the maximum load per wash is 8 kilograms only. Exceeding this limit may affect the quality of the wash, cause unnecessary wear on the machines, and increase the risk of damage to clothing.
✅ Please do not mix thick items such as bedsheets, blankets, or comforters with regular clothing in the same load. These bulky items absorb more water and require different washing and drying conditions, which may affect how well all items are cleaned and dried.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in following this policy. These standards are in place to ensure that we continue providing safe, efficient, and high-quality laundry service for everyone.
Thank you for your support and for choosing our laundry shop. We look forward to serving you with honesty, care, and excellence.
