Takamine D4D
Bridge reglue + full setup.

This guitar had its battle against humidity as it was placed in a room with the humidity ramping up to 90% causing one of the bridge wings to lift. We used the same glue as what was used on the guitar and then heated up the bridge for the new glue to adhere before clamping it up. It was sealed for 1 week while drying up the wood with our "buldge treament process" and it hardened the wood making it safe from swelling further.
I'd say the guitar is in better condition then how it was sold brand new as manufacturers are often unable to spread glue evenly to the edges. This was an absolute clean job and came out looking untouched. Action set to 2.0mm and equipped with Elixir .12 Gauge Nanoweb 80/20 Bronze.

2 Squire Telecaster's with almost the same issues when it arrived. They had extremely high action and neck relief problems but was easily resolved after the setup. Both of these guitars were fully setup and dropped down to 1mm on the Low E and 0.75mm on the high E. Very smooth and sweet, plays like butter.

Busy month, busy week and we'll start by posting guitars done at the shop.

Here's one that was brought here a while back, this guitar is one of the most well built guitars that I've ever had here. The Breedlove AD200/SM. This guy packs a monstrous tone with deep and heavy mids and bass matched with some sweet high tones, thanks to the high density saddle which resembles Tusq's quality. Already has a bridge doctor on pre installed. Talk about overshooting preparedness. This was setup and strung with 12's, played like beast 😎

Basically did a poor man's neck reset by reducing the bridge by a couple of millimeters then lowered the saddle before setting the proper neck relief. The guitar ended up having a very low action and clean playability, goodbye fret buzz. The guitar is now in good condition well worth it's price.

This baby was set up a couple of times on a different shop but wasn't really treated the correct way. The neck was set incorrectly and had a shim under the saddle. Eventually the owner took it here to have it done right.

Full setup plus minor Bridge Re-glue for this Taylor Gs Mini
This Guitar had minor issues with its lifted bridge, it's very common for Gs Mini's to have the wings slightly lifted. you can check your own guitar by sliding a piece of paper just be careful not to overdo it to avoid more damage. Strings were replaced with lower gauge strings due to the owners request.

Gibson Firebird in the shop for full setup.
One of the best guitars that came in the shop.
This guitar had fret buzzing issues due to a very low nut. the problem was the nut was fixed to the slot so there wasn't any easy fix. we filled the slots and then filed it to the right height. Action was around 2.2mm and was brought down to 1.5mm flat.

We're back! Opening on a new address!
Starting with this Dr. Takamine. This guitar was set up with a nice 1.75mm action by dropping the saddle and adjusting the neck to be dead straight. We didn't do any leveling to the frets because the guitar was brand new.

Taylor Baby Mahogany "BT2"
For a small bodied guitar this baby has an outstanding performance. The issue with this guitar was that it was exposed to humidity and cause the top to buldge. and also causing the bridge to lift up and get detached from the top. so we prioritized the De-humidification of the guitar before we reglued the bridge to make sure it has good flat surface to hold onto. then it was set up with a nice 2mm action then equipped with Elixirs Phosphor Bronze .12 Gauge.
