FIRST ACCESS. Clark unveiled another milestone with the Tenant Preview Kick‑Off of Filinvest Malls Mimosa on July 29. Executives, brand principals, prospective tenants, and guests gathered inside the Filinvest Mimosa+ Leisure City estate for a first look at the Freeport’s newest boutique lifestyle hub.

CDC President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera emphasized how new investments ripple through Clark’s identity and economy.

“It [Filinvest Malls Mimosa] takes you out of the ordinary. It gives you confidence. Every new investment expands the experiences Clark offers to visitors,”she said.

She pointed to the surge of small and medium restaurants now thriving in Clark, many filled with customers, as proof of how developments create opportunities for entrepreneurs and workers.

Filinvest Hospitality Corporation CEO Francis Gotianun highlighted Mimosa as part of a long‑term mission.

“We don’t just build malls. We create master‑planned destinations where hospitality and business thrive together,”he said.

The estate tour and mall walkthrough showcased this vision — retail spaces integrated with nature, hospitality and leisure, designed to enrich communities and support tenants.

Filinvest Malls Mimosa, with 40 percent tenant sign‑up secured ahead of its March 2027 opening, reflects Filinvest’s confidence in Clark’s expanding market. The development strengthens Clark’s position as a hub for investment and leisure—creating jobs, attracting entrepreneurs, and offering visitors curated dining, boutique retail, and golf‑front experiences that highlight the Freeport’s evolving tourism and business landscape.

PRESS RELEASE | Clark Showcases Investment, Logistics Strengths to Thai Business Delegation

CLARK FREEPORT – A Thai business delegation exploring opportunities within the Luzon Economic Corridor received a briefing on investment prospects in the Clark Freeport, as Philippine and Thai stakeholders continued discussions on trade, logistics, tourism, and industrial cooperation.

Representing CDC President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera, Vice President for Business Development and Business Enhancement Group Atty. Noelle Mina Meneses welcomed on July 26 the delegation led by Her Excellency Makawadee Sumitmor, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of the Philippines.

CDC officials outlined Clark's connectivity, investment incentives, business support services, and growing trade linkages with Thailand.

Atty. Meneses reported that Clark hosts 1,281 registered business locators, employs more than 151,000 workers, and generated US$3.811 billion in exports in 2025. She also presented CDC's Red-Carpet Services and incentives available under the CREATE MORE Act.

The visit forms part of continuing engagements between CDC and Thai government and business representatives. Discussions dating back to 2024 identified opportunities for cooperation in air connectivity, tourism, hospitality, renewable energy, and investment promotion, as well as potential linkages between Clark and Thailand's economic zones.

PRESS RELEASE | Clark Serves Growth With Taiwan’s Sun Moon Pavilion by Midori

CLARK FREEPORT — Clark’s newest gathering place brings Taiwan’s warmth to the Freeport—Sun Moon Pavilion at Midori.

Inspired by Taiwan’s Sun Moon Lake, the pavilion features glass‑walled dining halls, private rooms, an event hall, and a fountain plaza. These spaces were built for gatherings that matter—family milestones, corporate banquets, and celebrations that bring communities together.

Clark Development Corporation (CDC) President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera opened the pavilion by sounding the gong alongside BBI President Alvin Wu and BBI Director Edgar Lim, underscoring the role of partnerships in Clark’s growth.

“Striking the gong tonight is more than a ritual—it signals Clark’s rise through strong partnerships. Just as Sun Moon Pavilion brings people together around the table, Clark grows when government and private sector work side by side,” Atty. Devanadera said.

Signature dishes include Peking Duck, Fortune Suckling Pig, Taiwanese Braised Pork Belly, and handcrafted dim sum. Taiwanese chefs led by Executive Chef Max Wang prepare these specialties with imported seasonings and local produce. The cuisine blends authenticity with accessibility, offering lauriat sets and à la carte menus designed for sharing.

For Wu, Sun Moon Pavilion is Clark’s new table for community.

“BBI and Midori created Sun Moon Pavilion to bring people together through exceptional cuisine and meaningful celebrations,” he said.

Department of Tourism Region III Director Richard Daenos welcomed the pavilion as another addition to Clark’s tourism landscape.

“The Freeport continues to surprise visitors with new destinations that reflect its steady progress,” he said.

TECO Deputy Representative Minister Dustin Teng‑shi Yang highlighted the broader significance of the opening.

“Today’s launch is more than just a new restaurant. It reflects Midori’s continued competence in this market and strengthens the long‑standing economic partnership between Taiwan and the Philippines. With Sun Moon Pavilion, we not only enjoy cuisine from Taiwan but also deepen cultural and tourism exchanges between our peoples,” Yang said.

Also present were CDC officials, executives from the Taiwan business community, and representatives from tourism, hospitality, aviation, and business sectors.

PRESS RELEASE | Generational Legacy Project: Children's Specialty Hospital Opens in Clark

CLARK FREEPORT — President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on July 24 inaugurated the DOH–Jose B. Lingad Children's Medical Center, the first completed facility under the Clark Multi-Specialty Medical Center development that aims to expand access to specialized healthcare services in Northern and Central Luzon.

Located within the Clark medical complex, the seven-storey pediatric specialty hospital has a 120-bed capacity and is scheduled to begin operations on August 1, 2026. The facility will provide outpatient, inpatient, urgent care, and emergency services for children from Regions I, II, III, and nearby provinces.

Speaking during the inauguration, Clark Development Corporation (CDC) President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera described the facility as a "generational legacy project," citing parallels between the specialty medical institutions established in Quezon City during the administration of President Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr. and the specialty healthcare facilities now being developed in Clark under President Marcos Jr.

"Today, we are not just inaugurating a [legacy] project. We are inaugurating a generational legacy project," Devanadera said.

She noted that the specialty hospitals established in the Quezon City government complex decades ago helped shape the country's public healthcare system and said the Clark medical hub reflects a continuing effort to expand specialized healthcare services to more Filipinos outside Metro Manila.

The Children's Medical Center is the first completed facility in the Clark Multi-Specialty Medical Center development. During the event, officials also highlighted the planned expansion of the healthcare complex, which includes specialty facilities focused on cardiovascular and cancer care.

Atty. Devanadera underscored the role of healthcare infrastructure in national development, noting that investments in health services complement efforts to attract investments and create economic opportunities.

"The healthcare of our people should be foremost in our minds," she said. "Without taking care of our human resources, investments will not matter at all."

The project was made possible through a collaboration among government, private sector, and philanthropic partners. Construction of the facility was funded by the Bloomberry Cultural Foundation, Inc., medical equipment was provided through the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), while the Provincial Government of Pampanga extended support for the project. The hospital will be operated by the Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital under the Department of Health.

CDC contributed the project site within Clark, covering nearly 4.8 hectares, as part of the government's effort to establish a dedicated healthcare district within the Freeport.

The Children's Medical Center serves as the initial phase of the broader Clark Multi-Specialty Medical Center development, reinforcing Clark's growing role as a location for strategic public infrastructure serving communities across Northern and Central Luzon.
