To maintain clean, quality, and efficient service, please read our simple guidelines below:
📌 GENERAL POLICY
• Please check and count your items before leaving.
• Claim stub/receipt is required upon claiming.
• Unclaimed laundry beyond 30 days will no longer be our responsibility.
• Customers are advised to check pockets for money, gadgets, jewelry, and other valuables before washing.
📌 WASHING POLICY
• We are not liable for color transfer, shrinkage, or damage caused by old or delicate fabrics.
• Stain removal is not guaranteed for heavily stained items.
• Kindly inform our staff for special instructions or delicate garments.
• Comforters, shoes, and delicate items are subject to checking before acceptance.
📌 PICK-UP & DELIVERY
• Please ensure someone is available during delivery/pick-up schedule.
• Delivery time may vary depending on weather and traffic conditions.
📌 PAYMENT POLICY
• Payment must be settled upon claiming/delivery.
• Rush services may have additional charges.
• Prices may vary depending on load size and item type.
📌 CUSTOMER REMINDER
• Respect and kindness toward our staff are highly appreciated.
• Concerns or complaints must be reported within 24 hours after receiving the laundry.
