Just letting you know that you don't need to be there when we come to empty the septic tank. As most people are busy this will save you having to arrange other appointments around us and vice versa. We only go to the septic tank no need to access your house. Also leaving a hose that reaches the septic tank is also very handy for us as well. Cheers

Due to Auckland Council Inspections letters being sent to various areas we are under the pump, these are a new thing so please note that the generic 6 week timeframe has been sent to everyone they had no record of your septic tank empty before. Please be patience some of you have been waiting awhile but the nature of our business means we need to attend to all sorts of overflowing issues last minute so the schedule gets mucked up. If you are booked in with us and notified the council there is no penalty however you will still receive reminder letters as they are automatically generated and cant be stopped.

Thanks to all our loyal customers who waited for us! amongst all the bad weather and just having Ray on septic tanks we got a bit behind, we have managed to catch up now so a big thanks to you all for your patience.

Hi Everyone, we havent had power or phone service since Friday, so if you have left a message and havent heard from me give me another call, I have a generator running computer today to check messages but seems internet is running very slow. Please call if you have an urgent matter, please note we will be delayed on some non urgent bookings whilst we deal with the urgent people first, so if I had given you a booking date that may of changed. Thanks for your patience everyone.

Huge shout out to Murray Reid who has been helping us out BIG time over the last year, currently on a massive 2 day job putting his body on the line....Ray and I both appreciate all that you do, you always turn up with a smile and we couldnt of done it without you this year ....12 days to go and we all get a much needed rest.
