We are looking for a water blasting technician to join our small yet friendly team on a fulltime basis.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Own transport to and from lockup in Petone
• Be able to work some weekends, early mornings & evenings
• Be fit and healthy
• A head for heights a MUST; we work on rooves and use booms and cherry pickers
• Have practical ability
• Knowledge and use of a water blaster, house washing, exterior cleaning would be helpful however, not necessary to apply for this position
Requirements:
In addition to having experience in the above fields, ideal candidates will also be/have:
• Physically fit, able, and comfortable working at heights.
• Gutter clearing via harness or ladders. roof washing.
• Possess a 'can do' attitude with qualities such as honesty, reliability, and hard working.
• Valid full Driver’s License.
• Trade tickets/qualifications such as Work at Height, First Aid, EWP, Site Safe are desirable.
• Be a New Zealand citizen or resident or hold a valid open work visa.
