Not every biohazard job we attend is the result of tragedy.

Today we were asked to decontaminate a vehicle following a childbirth-related incident that left blood and biological fluids throughout the interior.

As strange as it sounds, it was a refreshing change from the work we usually do. Instead of responding to loss, we were helping after the arrival of two new lives.

With permission from our clients, we're sharing these before and after photos.

We’ve just collected the new Capital City Crime Scene car from the team at Sign Foundry… and honestly, once again they’ve absolutely smashed it out of the park.

We throw some pretty weird ideas at them and somehow they always manage to turn them into something even better than we pictured in our heads.

Massive thanks to the whole team at Sign Foundry for the time, effort and attention to detail that goes into every single vehicle they do for us.

Now Wellington has another rolling biohazard warning on the road ☣️🖤

Dropped the car off early this morning to Sign Foundry and told them to go ahead and make any and all executive decisions regarding the signage and colours if they think something won’t work.

They have just sent us this “in progress” photo and decided to change the colour of the biohazard sign from the original colour we chose.

We couldn’t be happier with the outcome so far.

These guys and girls are true professionals at their craft!

Our team’s new car went for a wash today and is currently looking far too clean and respectable.

Tomorrow it gets dropped off to Sarah Armstrong and the team at Sign Foundry for graphics ☣️🖤

Soon we’ll have TWO Capital City Crime Scene vehicles on the road for people to complain about 😏

Most companies see other companies as competition. We don’t.

Over the past few months working up in Auckland, we’ve met some solid people doing great work and instead of trying to outdo each other, we decided to do something different.

We've teamed up.

We’re now working alongside Saint Clean in Auckland. Two companies. Different backgrounds. Same mindset.

Do the job properly. Treat people right. No bu****it.

Because the reality is, this work isn’t about who gets the job.
It’s about making sure the person on the other end gets the right help when they need it most.

So instead of competing, we back each other.
Stronger coverage. Better support. More capacity when things get heavy.

Wellington is still home. Auckland, we’re here and we’re building something solid with good people.

We sat in a room today filled with business owners.

Different faces. Different industries. Same conversation.

Margins. Growth. Maximum Revenue, How to get more from every client blah blah blah....... Ahhhhh mate…F**K OFF!

Yeah we are a business. We have to earn to keep going. But we’re not built the same.

Most of the people we meet aren’t “clients.”
They’re shattered. Exhausted. Standing in places no one should ever have to stand in.

Rooms that feel heavy.
Silences that say everything.

You don’t walk into moments like that thinking about profit.

You think about being steady. Being respectful. Doing the job properly when everything feels broken.

If the work covers the costs, keeps the lights on and our crew takes home a fair wage then that’s enough.

We’re not here to squeeze people who’ve already been crushed, we’re here to carry some of the weight.

And we’re lucky, We’ve got incredible suppliers, solid contractors and genuinely good people around us who back us to do the job right.

No upsells. No games. No pressure.
