Indicators:
* no upfront rental price in the posts
* posting stolen pictures
* posting across groups in multiple different countries
* unprofessional / improper English
* "kindly message me" or "kindly dm me" in the post and response to comments 🚩
* poster likes his own post
* asking for email address in dms to scam you off platform
* pictures features fixtures that are unlikely to be seen in nz
