The thing that prevents my many interests and hobbies from tipping me over into absolute chaos is that I spent nearly a year sorting through my mum and grandparents things when they passed, and I realised, hoarding is genetic! 😬
One thing I am very mindful of is the emotional aspect of certain "collections" that get out of hand, and the deep embarrassment that goes hand-in-hand with it. But truthfully we all have that hidden area that we can't bear to face, let alone allow anyone else to help us with.
I LOVE a big mess like that, it gives me so much satisfaction, and it's always easier to sort out someone else's problems.
