🧺 Laundry & Delivery Assistant – Fixed Term (6–12 Months)
📍 Location: Waihi
🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–2:00pm (some flexibility, occasional weekends & public holidays)
📄 Contract: Fixed Term (6–12 months) – with potential to go permanent

We’re on the lookout for a fit, motivated team player to join us at The Laundry Waihi! If you’re after daytime hours, a supportive team, and a great work environment – this could be the perfect role for you. 🌟

🧼 Your daily tasks will include:
• Washing, drying, and folding laundry
• Loading and unloading the delivery van (physically demanding 💪)
• Delivering clean laundry to clients around Waihi 🚐
• Providing friendly customer service 😊

✅ What we’re looking for:
• Full, clean NZ driver’s licence 🚘
• Physically fit with good lifting technique 🏋️‍♂️
• Drug-free (must be able to pass random drug tests) 🚫
• Reliable, friendly, and happy to help wherever needed 🙌

This is a great stepping stone into a long-term role, with the potential to go full-time in the future!

Yesterday one of our clients turned up with SOS as the new fur baby had accidently peed on the bed!! eekkkk!

🌿We washed, dried, and folded the duvet and linen the client collected the same afternoon to make the bed fresh for that evening!
