1 ☆ review- Metro water blasting.
They aren't worth the money, time or space. I am sure there are other companies who wouldn't miss an entire wall of a house ( which was on the front of the house), then try and say it wasn't part of the house.
Then try and say they had used a brush, chemicals and waterblaster and the splash of mud wouldn't come off.
I pulled out the hose and it hosed off, proving they hadn't even touched that wall at all which is very disappointing as it is right on the front of the house.
I don't mind people not being perfect, I am not perfect, our staff aren't perfect and we own that, there is always room for improvement, things get missed sometimes
but
My point is, arguing with a client, refusing to correct it and trying to make it their fault somehow... Completely horrible customer service. I highly reccomend keeping these individuals away from any vulnerable people and we won't be using them again or reccomending them for any of our other customers.
They aren't a safe company.

So good to be relaxing in our little slice of paradise 🥰
Little guys had fun watering his seedlings, tending to his chooks and telling cows off this morning 🤣
He wanted to go chat to them, but they were too loud, asking them to use inside voices in the paddocks.. didn't work amazing 🤣

I have zero intentions of being a & #^$% person, at all.
I have everyone's best wishes in mind, at all times. I will give my best at all times and I know that's all that's expected of me.
Todays been a rough one
Once bitten, twice shy.
Because of this, I will now be asking clients to sign a CSA (customer service agreement) before taking on jobs.
This will cover myself and my business plus it will cover my customers as well.
Our fees are pretty clear. $40/hr. We don't charge extra or above and beyond, we don't try and compete with other cleaners! We love their work and we support their success!
We don't undercut others, we charge what we believe is fair and reasonable whilst still making an hourly rate after tax, travel costs and insurances. Constructive criticism is welcome, we actually love hearing it and we endeavour to do better then before!

We absolutely will not and should not be expected to deal with intimidation, threats or belittlement and refusal to pay. Our cleaners are humans, with feelings, with respect for others and they deserve respect as well. We are no better then you, you are no better then us.
Anyways, enough of a rant from me.
