I hope this old design of mine is how I know the difference between health issue & crime, and why too many people in NZ are truly suffering with addiction that has made them become social outcast's, instead of their family and local GP's putting their own issues aside to really help the people I know that are most vulnerable and misunderstood, despite their humanly faults.
