🧚‍♀️💫 WHO AM I 💫🧚‍♀️

Im sure there are alot of people who see my posts and wonder who I am and if theres a story behind my business and name??

Firstly, Im Dayna and a busy mum of 5 beautiful children 🚸 4 of which are still at home 🏡 Im also a wife and secretary/organizer of my gorgeous husband who always has my back 💙🧩

I am JAB captain of our rugby club 🏉 which, at this time of year has me run off my feet, along with everyone who help and supports 👏

Then, I run my business on a day to day basis 🧼🧽 and, because I didnt have enough on my plate already I took on my beautiful friend Jolene as a contractor this year, which has been very rewarding and seen me reach new goals and another level of success 🙌

I have worked in the cleaning industry for more then 25 years and even though ive had other jobs in between ive always come back to cleaning 🙃
I absolutely love what I do for a living and I believe thats what has lead to my success and having such a good reputation. It comes with rewards every day, the most important of which is the relationships I build on with my clients! 😍
I wouldn't want someone in my home, my sanctuary without knowing and trusting them and thats the most important part of what we do alongside our quality of work 🌟

Whats in the name you may ask???

Well, going back 4 years ago I decided I needed to move to the next level and become a proper business to further my career.
I had a client ask me to go and help out a friend, a beautiful lady who just needed a bit of help to get on top of things again, which is one of the parts of my job I love the most 🙏
The catch was, this lady's husband had no idea I was going to their house and cleaning, I was petrified he would come home one day and id be in their shower singing along to my music at the top of my lungs (no animals ears were harmed in the process of my work 😉). I used to joke she was like my mistress, I was coming in when her husband was at work like some dark little secret 🙊
And BOOM 💥 there it was, the name that stuck with me! The Cleaners Mistress was born and ive never looked back since 💖

Sometimes when you know, you know!

Ill keep working hard, building my empire, building great relationships and being the best i can be 🌟🧚‍♀️

And thank you to my beautiful family for supporting me and encouraging me to carry on, even when im burnt out and being a pain in the ass 😉

✨️👏Today I want to touch base on client/cleaner relationships!👏✨️

🧼As a cleaner, we are extremely privileged to be able to come into our clients homes and be part of their sanctuary. 🏡
This is their private space, their kingdom, the place where they can be themselves without being judged. 😇
Thats why it is so important to have a good relationship with your clients and make sure that they can trust you and your ethics.
I absolutely love having regular clients and forming relationships with them, getting to know them and their families and being part of watching them grow.👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
Ive had many long term clients and its been so exciting to watch their spaces change and evolve, i feel very privileged to be part of that!
I walked into a home last week and was blown away with some work they had done in their kitchen, a simple lick of black paint over their white cupboards absolutely transformed the whole space and I instantly felt excited for them! 😍😍

Thank you to all of my clients who have put their trust in me, it makes coming to work every day worth it 🥰🥰

💲✨️Whats one of the major differences between a cleaner that takes pride in their work and a cleaner thats just in and out for the $$....the satisfaction we get from our work!✨️💲

I absolutely 💯 love my job! 🧹

Yes I get tired 😴, yes I have a sore body by the end of the week💪, yes I have to scrub your toilet (doesn't phase me)🚽 but, I LOVE IT!!!💕

Thats the difference!✨️ I love standing back seeing what ive done, taking pride in my work and knowing my clients will come home and know ive been because they can see and smell it, knowing its one less thing they have to deal with!

I put a lot of pride, care and attention into what I do and thats the difference 💯

✨️❤️ ATTENTION, LIFE UPDATE ❤️✨️

Hi everyone 👋

Wow, life has been so busy the last month and a half I havent had time to post! December came and we saw hens do, stag do, work do's, xmas, more xmas and new year and then......our wedding! 2 days into our honeymoon our wee boy broke his femur and we raced home to him! We are slowly adjusting to life in a full cast and juggling married and work life 💖👌
So, dont worry im still here and ill be looking for new clients very soon in the Oxford/east of Oxford areas for a new contractor working under me!! (If you know of anyone looking for a premium quality cleaner, let me know).

Also, looking ahead into the future, you may have seen my teaser for a possible business opportunity. I cant clean forever (its been well over 20 years), before my body gives out on me I will slowly build up my wedding planning business and step away from the physical side of the cleaning business. This is a 5 year plan, so dont panic just yet, im not going anywhere!

It's going to be a busy year but im looking forward to being here with you all! Keep your eyes peeled for more updates 👀 ✨️
