We are a locally owned property management and professional cleaning company based in Queenstown, and we’re looking for an experienced, reliable cleaner who wants to stay here long term.

We already have an approved job token, which means we can offer visa sponsorship immediately for a 3-year visa to the right candidate.

Please only apply if you have:
Eligibility for Level 5 visa sponsorship
Two years of cleaning experience, minimum or a relevant qualification
Full New Zealand Driver Licence
Currently in New Zealand and available for a trial
A genuine commitment to staying in Queenstown long term
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

Job Opportunity: Part-time Cleaner in Queenstown

I’m looking for someone with cleaning experience to join The Gleam Team, for commercial cleaning, airbnbs and residential cleaning.

The hours are around 20-30 a week, but this can be flexible as I’m happy to discuss and come up with something that suits us both. You must have a valid work visa, must be able to drive and be able to commit to at least 6 months. This can be a long-term opportunity, with the potential for a permanent role and future sponsorship for the right person.

The Role:
• Minimum 6-month commitment, with potential to become permanent.
• Mostly daytime shifts, occasional evening work.
• Minimum 3 days per week.

What We’re Looking For:
• Someone reliable, with a great eye for detail.
• Cleaning experience is preferred but not essential – full training provided if needed.
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability are key.

What We Offer:
• Full training with supportive, friendly working environment.
• Flexible work schedule to suit the right person.
• Opportunity for growth within the business, including future sponsorship possibilities.
