Job Vacancy: Store Manager Mt Wellington, Auckland

Paramount Pools is a well known retailer in the NZ pool and spa industry. We are seeking an experienced Store Manager or retail sales professional to manage our Retail Store located in Lunn Avenue, Mt Wellington.

The role will;
- Maintain a high performing culture of customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and retail customers
- Lead the store operations aligned to the budget and KPI’s
- Manage store inventory, ordering, branch administration and reporting

Ideally you will bring the following skills to the role;
- Management, operations or sales experience in a retail/wholesale trades environment
- Strong customer service skills (in retail and/or trade)
- Good communication and time management skills
- Computer literacy
- A positive ‘can do’, collaborative attitude
- Enjoy working as part of a team
