Junction Village Carpark, Queenstown. We are excited to partner with CMP Construction on another project. This time, it is the supply and installation of a Aluminium Rain Screen Facade for the new 3 level carpark building in Frankton. The tricolour and perforated panel system wraps the entire building and will look stunning against the local back drop.

Skyline Gondola Upgrade, Queenstown. Here are a few pictures of the Top and Bottom Terminals structural steel currently under construction by Pinnacle Resources. Scott and his team have done a great job progressing both projects through a cold winter and with plenty of access issues, especially relating to the Top Terminal. A very tricky access road, and once at the top of Roy's Peak, you are greeted with zero space to work!! Thanks to Naylor Love and their team...another great project to be involved with.

Pinnacle Resources is excited to partner with Naylor Love on another project, this time the Wellington City Mission, "Whakamaru".

Whakamaru from mana whenua, which means to shelter, safeguard and protect. Whakamaru will give us a greater platform and opportunity to turn lives around and allow us to create a community that cares for itself. It will be transformational for the Wellington region.”

The new building will have a community café, a social supermarket and 35 housing units designed to accommodate and care for people experiencing chronic homelessness. It will be open 24-hours a day and will also have a food distribution warehouse, kitchens, laundry services, public bathrooms and showers, and sacred space for people to pray.

Pinnacle Resources have been engaged initially for the supply and installation of the structural steel, and hopefully other trades to follow.

Haining Street, Wellington; Pinnacle Resources are once again excited to partner with CMP Construction for another vertical construction project in the Capital. 24-36 Haining Street will be a 8 level apartment building with 78 single apartment units. The entire project will be leased by the Government Department Kāinga Ora for a period of years.

Pinnacle Resources are initially engaged for the supply and installation of the circa 300t steel structural frame, and will look to partner with CMP on further construction trades as the project progresses.

Skyline Upgrade, Queenstown; Pinnacle Resources is excited to partner with Naylor Love again on another Skyline project. Skyline Queenstown is embarking on a multi-million dollar project to expand the iconic Queenstown Gondola. A new Gondola with 10-seat cabins will replace the 4-seat cabins that have climbed Bob's Peak since 1967. A stunning new base terminal building and a major expansion of the Top Terminal complex will deliver a world-class experience for the 1,000,000 visitors to the Queenstown gondola each year.

Pinnacle Resources has been contracted to supply and install the steel structures for both the top and bottom terminals. A new 4 level carpark is contracted separately, and will be a welcome addition to the Gondola experience.

Wellington Zoo Snow Leopard Enclosure - Pinnacle Resources are excited to once again be involved in one of Wellington Zoos iconic projects. Back in 2016 we were involved in the construction of the Kea Avery, and once again recently engaged with Naylor Love, for the supply and install of the Snow Leopard Enclosure. Previously home to the sun bear, the space hasn’t been a home to any animals since 2012, but will look to be open for the snow leopard in 2022.
