NOTE: re our first cleaning service at your home, I'd like to explain our approach for the initial cleaning. As we're working open hours, our rate includes a comprehensive clean of all areas, according to the checklist and we can include appliances like the windows, oven and fridge, cabinets, and windows, just if you want to do. You won't incur extra charges for these services during the first cleaning. After this initial clean, we'll have a better understanding of your home's needs, and we'll provide regular cleaning services at a fixed price based on our knowledge of the property. This approach ensures transparency and consistency in our services. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

One-Off / Deep / Move-Out
Price: $60.00 + GST p/h
Regular cleaning:
Weekly = 10% OFF = $54.00 p/h + GST
Bi-weekly: 5% OFF = $57.00 p/h + GST
NOTE: Our services are charged hourly per worker. Our team is made up to 3 people, depending on the type of cleaning service.
Any extra services or additional time that may be require complete the service, will be communicated in advance and charged only with your approval.
* Fee for last-minute cancellations: If you cancel your scheduled service more than 24 hours in advance, there will be no charge. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, a cancellation fee of $150.00 will apply. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
