Who is keen to take their healing to the next level and join a small group for this course? You need to have completed Angelic Reiki L1&2 first ( but this could have been with myself or another Anglic Reiki teacher.) This course is also open to anyone that wants to resit their Level 3&4. Are you a supplement taker? Do you do it every day?

I see more and more people pushing different supplements and products online, social media, adds. But I'm finding the More people take, for the Longer time, the Less these products work. Why?

Because your body is a finely tuned machine. Anything you put into it will make a micro change. Not sleeping? Take melatonin. This helps for a bit, but then your body stops producing the hormones it needs to help you sleep, because it KNOWS you will give it melatonin, and so it reduces it's load.

Have you tried painkillers for a problem? Maybe a painful period. 1 tablet worked the first time. You got some relief. Then after it while it stopped working so you started taking 2. Then maybe 3. Then they stopped working so you changed up the type of painkiller.. This is when you need to RESET. Give the body a break, and do something new.

Just like a mother's body knows what it needs to produce to breastfeed a baby. And it changes its "formula " depending on the child's growth, illness etc.

Our bodies do this with EVERYTHING. !!

Look to the SEASONS. Does the Earth grow the same foods all year around? No. It changes up what fruits are produced depending on the time of year, temperature, etc. And this feeds all of Nature. Your body is the same.

If you have a cup of cacao every morning.. At first it might have grounded you. Smoothed your transition during the day. But then... it kind of stopped working so well, so you had 2 cups a day ( or you added something else too.). This goes for coffee. It goes for Omegas, protein powders, mushroom elixirs, greens..

We are in a period of Winter in Nz. Treat your body as such. Give it a rest. Stop taking all the things you take. And Reset. Detox. For a period of time. Get back to your base line. Muscle test of everything you take, so you only take what the body needs. And it doesn't get Reliant on it. It doesn't get Immune to it.

Don't be suckered in to do all the things all the time. Don't have every supplement under the sun. Your body is amazing. It doesn't need all these extras, all the time.

Folding the washing from my time at the Expo, and I'm reminded again about Energetic Cleaning. ✨️ We had a big day on Sunday, and got home really late. Normally I would shower after having clients for the day, to wash away the energies and make sure my Aura and Energy Field was clean and cleansed. Sunday I didn't, it was just so late, so I crawled into bed.

In the morning, I got up for a cup of tea, and my husband hugged me Good Morning. He said "You don't smell like yourself." .. In the past, this would have been such a weird thing to hear, but as we have been Cleaning and Clearing our Lives, we are so sensitive to little things.

"I made an effort to hardly hug anyone yesterday, " I replied. But his comment was enough to know it was time for a shower to wash away any residual energy from the day before. He said he could smell the energy, just holding around my shoulders and neck. The same place my chiropractor or massage therapist would say I was tight. ( I need to work on this! 🌏💆‍♀️)

When I do expos, I make an effort to change the pillow slips between clients. No they aren't getting "dirty" in 30mins of someone laying their heads on them, but energetically..... Energetically I cleanse after a session. I make sure any negative or stagnate energy is burnt off. I make sure the Healing Container is closed after a session. 💓 Physically, I change a pillow slip to also remove energy and refresh for the next person.

When you book a full session with me, I make an effort to only have one client a day. This means everything is kept Energetically Clean. I wash all the sheets, pillow slips and blankets between each client.

How is your week going?
Are you flowing smoothly? With Ease and Grace? Have you checked in with your Angels lately?

The days are flying by. Next Sunday we have the Health and Wellness Expo at Hope Hall. Put it in your diaries now, so you don't forget. 👌

We are part way through the 6:6 portal, heading towards the Winter Solstice on the 21st June. I can feel that for sure, as it is getting colder and colder out there. The days are feeling super short with the sun setting about 5-515pm here.

My days are chill but busy. Homeschooling, renovating our kitchen, helping out at Sea Scouts. Many moments of gratitude, appreciation and "Now I know why I had that lesson in the past". 😅✌️

I've just booked in for the Mary Magdalene Retreat in September, which I'm super excited about. Those on my Angelic Reiki courses last year will remember we talked alot about her. Helping each other learn more about her story. We shared book recommendations, and pulled Mary Magdalene cards. ♥️ Her energy came through in healing sessions like such a Strong Warrior Goddess that her is.

I regularly get messages from my Students and Clients updating me with their "Ah-ha" moments. Sharing a session or mediation they had, and Wow ✨️ it brings me so much Joy and excitement. I love 💓 seeing how people are clearing, shifting, growing. Thank you all for sharing with Me. If you have studied with me, or had sessions with me in the past, remember I'm always here if you have a question, want to share etc. 😍

Unfortunately, this month I am not holding a cacao circle. I just can't find space to fit it in. 😅 But keep an eye out for next month. 🤞 And remember, if you need some cacao to fill your cup, I have bags available for sale. ☕️ Do people have preferences for time and days for cacao circles? So far we have done Thursday/ Friday/ Saturday evenings. But if something else works for you, let me know. 🥰

I've been scrolling Facebook ( as you do) and saw some cool "spiritual events" come up, but I have been hesitant to book as I don't know the person running it.

✨️How do I know they have the right energy for me?
✨️How do I know that they are teaching from 100% pure Divine light?
✨️That they are going to help accelerate my growth and not just throw me in a spiral?

And then I realized the same is for all of you out there. How do you know you can trust Me? 🤷‍♀️

So here is another update on myself - Lavana - for anyone new around here, or who hasn't met me in person yet.

🥰 Currently, I'm a homeschooling Mum of 2 (tween and teenager). My passion is to Learn, and to Teach what I know. I'm forever reading, researching, studying. I like to try new things so I can help others with them, or pass on my experience.

In the past I have worked in admin, retail, hospitality, life guarding and swim instructing at pools, I've run my own holiday programs for kids, as well as junior art and science classes for homeschoolers. I've done Nature school training, hold a current First Aid Certificate and have a Bachelors Degree in IT. I have also recently done my Beekeeper training, and now have bee hives at our house. 🐝

20 years ago I started my journey in Energy Healing. I trained in Aurora Therapy, then Muscle testing and Sabotage clearning. I went on to do a short course in Applied Kinesiology. Around 11 years ago I started working with doTerra essential oils.

After waiting for the right group of people to join me on course, in 2021, I studied Angelic Reiki. Completing Level 1 &2, then 3&4 Masters, then Teachers Training. This has been such an amazing experience, and fit so well with all the things I had already studied and been doing.

In Human Design I'm a Projector. I have always been able to pick up on "the energy of the room". And I am very energy sensitive. I've struggled to hold my tongue and now am a lot better at just "saying what needs to be said". I enjoy holding Women's Cacao Circles where we Ground, talk, help each other, and pull cards for guidance as needed. ☕️

I have also used EFT Tapping and the Emotion Code for many years ( while not trained in these), and also reference Inna Segals book 'The Secret Language of your Body'.

Since doing my Angelic Reiki training, it has also sent me down the parth of learning more about Jesus and Christianity. Angelic Reiki doesn't just work with the Angels, it also works with the Ascended Masters, of which Jesus, Mary Magdalene and Mother Mary are some. 🕯

Pulling ALL of these things together gives an Intuitive Healing session, in the protection of the Angelic Kingdom of Light. 💓

I've had great feedback from clients, and students of my courses. 🥰 I love to Intuitively Know things, and to forever Learn more. I love to Help people be the best version of themselves that they can be. 💖🙏
