ior to the Highmark Homes brand being launched in 1998, we have previously supplied and constructed over 6000 homes throughout New Zealand and overseas over the last 60 years. Bob Hunt was the Managing Director of Highmark Homes Ltd and fully retired in 2022 and had been a fully trade certified builder since 1968. His son Ryan Hunt who has been working in the business since 2002 in various roles is now Managing Director. Highmark Homes has an extensive range of standard plans available, or we can custom design your home to suit your own individual style, budget and section. We provide a range of building packages from the full construction of your home or to a lock up stage or kitset home product supply (material supply only). Our standard inclusions list in this pack outlines the large number of quality products incorporated in our designs. Highmark Homes will endeavour to complete your home in the minimum amount of time, usually 12-18 weeks from the time the building permit is uplifted from Council, and offers a Master Builders Guarantee.
