Yesterday - Tuesday 28/11/2023 this man was at the Katikati Laundromat early evening and he has taken a load of laundry that does not belong to him.

PAYMENT SYSTEM UPGRADE at The Laundry Room-Katikati on Thursday 14th July.

GREEN CARDs will REPLACE existing Blue SmartCards.

PLEASE USE REMAINING CREDIT on your Blue SmartCard BEFORE Thursday 14th July.

For those who are unable to use remaining CREDIT by the changeover date, we will have a system to transfer your remaining balance once old (Blue) SmartCard is surrendered. Transfer details will be provided in the Laundromat once changeover is complete.

WHY ARE WE CHANGING?
- To improve customer service.
- The new system is faster, more reliable and will provide more washing options.
- The new system provides additional functionality (including ability to check your GREEN CARD balance online and also check washer and dryer availability online BEFORE you leave home).
- From our end, the new system allows improved machine reporting which means we can identify and fix issues faster.

We apologise for the inconvenience during this changeover period.
We are doing our best to minimise disruption for people. We appreciate your understanding.
