To all our valued clients,

Unfortunately with fuel prices climbing so rapidly in the past month we will now be adding a Fuel Adjustment Factor to all our invoices, effective immediately.

We’ll keep an eye on things weekly and adjust it up or down as fuel prices change. We’ll always aim to keep it fair and as reasonable as possible but we are unable to absorb this increasing cost.

It’s been a busy start to 2026 with a number of emergency call-outs, as well as some flooding around Hāwera — not the mid-summer weather you’d expect.

Thanks to Mike for holding up the fort while I snuck Thomas away for a few days with the kids.

This drain was a tough one but he finally got the water flowing in the right direction.
