We use a Mytee Oscillating Pad (OP) Dry cleaning machine along with our specially formulated encapsulating chemicals we can adjust to each client. of new technology. Our products are eco-friendly, biodegradable, and safe for children and pets. Our products are encapsulating, meaning they crystallise during the drying process. Cheaper, traditional soaps and detergents are sticky. Residual levels of these inferior products stay attached to the carpet fibres. This leads to rapid re-soiling as dirt will then stick to these residues. Like how dish liquid becomes sticky around the lid. Using a quality crystallising product allows the tiny fraction of residual product to be released during normal vacuum cleaning. We provide a deep thorough clean that stays clean! Our carpets can dry in as little as 1-4 hours. When carpets take too long to dry, conditions are perfect for mould and bacteria to thrive. Carpets should be dried quickly to ensure a healthy home or business. In a situation where there is 1 square meter carpet damage (pet urine, blood, mould, organic stains), it is recommend by the Carpet & Rug Institute that the carpet be replaced. However, our method and products are so good we can in most cases make a a large improvement to the carpet to prevent the need for insurance claims and replacement. Important Client Information:
> We need access to a functioning power outlet. If the only available outlet does not seem safe (including but not limited to faceplate falling of, plug not fitting, electric humming, wires showing) we will not plug our machine in and will be unable to complete a booked service.
> In most cases we need access to water onsite, however if this is not possible you can let us know and we can make other arrangements.
> We are not responsible for lifting or moving any large, heavy, delicate or fragile furniture or items in areas you want cleaned. We will clean around these items unless you have them moved before services or we have arranged that you will move as we go.
> If we arrive onsite and you are not home to provide us access, we will leave after waiting 15 minutes and attempting to contact you, unless we have prior written permission to enter your home without you there.
> We are not responsible for cleaning rubbish onsite. If it is not safe to use our vacuum or machine due to items on the carpet such as faeces, rubbish or sharp objects, that your are unwilling to move, we may have to cancel your service.
> If, due to you not being prepared for your booking (for example you not having furniture or rubbish moved, you not being home), our services are delayed or cannot take place, your booking may need to be cancelled so that it doesn’t impair other clients receiving their service on time.
> If you have extra work that was not quoted for in the original price, we may not be able to complete it onsite and you may need to make another booking. You will also need to understand that any additional services not in the original quote will incur an extra charge.
> Spot stains and carpet cleaning are two different processes. Carpet cleaning removes soiling in the carpet to a deep level but cannot alter the appearance of stains. A stain is where the color, fiber structure, and padding of the carpet has been permanently altered by the addition of dyes. A stain occurs when a substance like a glass of wine, a cup of coffee, pet accident, or paint is spilled on the carpet and is absorbed into the carpet fibers, without properly being cleaned up, causing long-term damage to your carpet. Knowing what caused the stain and the carpet fibre type is crucial to getting the best result. If the client provides incorrect information on what caused the stain then the results can be different to what they expected and the client accepts the liability for providing incorrect information. > Our spot stain service focusses on reduction of stains. In some cases, we can remove the staining, however this is not a promise we make as every stain is unique.
