I’m honoured to have been invited to speak at Lincoln University’s “Building Healthscapes: From Farming to Mental Health”, exploring the connections between the health of our soil, the food we grow and the health of our people.
It’s a privilege to join Professor Pablo Gregorini, Professor Julia Rucklidge, Dr Ivan Lin and Amanda Currie, and share some of the work I’ve been doing through Radice in Tairāwhiti and beyond.
The day brings together farming, science, nutrition and healthcare, with presentations, an interactive discussion and a farm visit.
