That old chimney was looking more cracked than a dry Weet-Bix 🥴. Instead of trying to glue it back together, we dropped it right down under the tiles and sealed it off.

Now no more leaks, no more rust, and the roof’s looking sharp enough to make the neighbours wonder if they should “lose” their chimneys too 😅🏠

Sometimes the best fix is knowing when to say goodbye! 👋🔥

Today’s mission: chimney surgery 🧱🔥
The old mortar around this chimney had cracked and broken down, letting water sneak in. That water was running down inside the chimney and slowly rusting out the fireplace — not ideal when you’re relying on it to keep you warm!

We cut out all the crumbling mortar and replaced it with fresh new work, sealing everything up nice and tight. Now the chimney’s watertight, the fireplace is protected, and the roofline looks a whole lot sharper too.

Another little job that makes a big difference 👌

Today we tackled a damaged flue and got it sorted with a brand-new system. The old one was causing some serious issues, but now the fireplace is breathing easy again and running safely and efficiently.
