As many of you know, our previous Quality Manager made the difficult decision to leave Hire A Housewife.
We are excited to introduce Amanda as our new Quality Manager.
Amanda brings with her extensive experience in customer service, team leadership, business operations, staff development, and maintaining high standards.
She has owned and managed a successful hospitality and tourism business for more than a decade, leading teams, creating exceptional customer experiences, and building a strong culture of service and accountability.
What stood out to us most was Amanda's passion for people, her commitment to quality and her belief that standards should not only be met but exceeded.
Before stepping into her new role Amanda has spent the last three weeks working alongside our team across a variety of services including
• Regular residential cleaning
• One-off cleans
• End-of-tenancy cleans
• Builders' cleans
• Estate Cleaning
This hands on approach has allowed Amanda to learn our systems from the ground up, gain a real understanding of our clients expectations and build relationships with our amazing team members.
As Quality Manager Amanda's role will include supporting our team, carrying out quality checks, helping maintain our service standards, and ensuring we continue delivering the level of service our clients have come to expect from Hire A Housewife.
