I was blown away by the immediate communication and agreed to come in 20 minutes. Rachel was at my door within 20 minutes made a great job of cleaning steak and kidney casserole out of the carpet. Arranged for her to return and totally clean the large room. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone wanting a carpet cleaned plus the rates were so affordable. Plus Rachel moved furniture an ideal person to work with mature people who need assistance with the furniture.
