Email or message us on Facebook or Instagram to request the service you need, such as shortening hems on pants. Provide garment measurements or pin the areas to be altered. We will promptly provide you with a quote for the requested service. Shipping and Courier Options:

Option 1: Purchase one of o

ur shipping labels for a round trip. Ship your items to our address: 7B Normans Road, Strowan, Christchurch 8052. We recommend using a tracked courier service with NZ Post. Shipping Costs:
Round Trip (Sending Items to Us and Back):
Cost: $17 (additional $5.50 for rural areas) anywhere in NZ. Parcel dimensions are 275mm x 380mm which can fit roughly 3 pairs of jeans. Includes postage for sending your items to us and having them returned to you. One Way (Us Sending Back Only):
Cost: $8.50 (additional $5.50 for rural areas) anywhere in NZ. This covers the postage fee for us sending your items back to you. Payment:
Complete your order by making payment through internet banking. The total amount should cover the cost of the alterations and the selected postage option. Courier Pickup:
Inform us of your preferred courier pickup date, and we will make the arrangements. Package your items. Include the tracking number and address it to "Sew n Sew" with our address and sender’s details. Service Timeline:
Once we receive your garments, we will complete the requested alterations within 5 business days. Return Shipment:
We will send your items back to you!
