🌿 Sparky & The Clean Queen – Service & Payment Policy
To ensure smooth bookings and quality service for all our clients, please take note of the following:
💰 Payment Terms
• All invoices are due within 7 days of issue.
• Any invoice unpaid after 14 days will incur a 0.8% daily interest charge until paid in full.
📝 Quotes & Deposits
• All quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued.
• A 50% deposit is required once the quote is accepted to secure your booking.
• Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
💡 Updated Rates (Effective 1st April 2026)
• Electrical Services: $90 per hour + GST per hour per Electrican
• Domestic Cleaning: $50 per hour + GST per cleaner
• Deep Cleaning (End-of-Tenancy / Pre-Sale): $60 per hour + GST
•Oven cleans and Carpet cleans price on inspection
🧽 Cleaning Inclusions
All cleaning services include products and equipment within the hourly rate.
Electrical services do not include materials unless otherwise quoted.
•Business Compliance
We are a fully registered New Zealand business and operate in compliance with all relevant legal and industry requirements. We hold current public liability insurance and pay all required ACC levies. Our clients can have confidence knowing they are working with a legitimate, insured, and professionally operated service provider.
