Our services include commercial property maintenance, building repairs, carpentry, electrical and data, plumbing,

painting, roofing, HVAC servicing, engineering, and project management. Our commercial cleaning services include office cleaning, carpet cleaning, specialist Covid cleaning, washroom and hygiene services, pest control, water blasting, and exterior building cleaning for offices, retail, and industrial sites across Auckland.

TPS recently joined students at Avondale College's Trades Day to share insights into the diverse range of trades and services we deliver across New Zealand.

Representing TPS were Kerry Elliot (Head of People & Culture), Caspian Tait (People, Culture and Training Facilitator), Josh Clark (Electrical Supervisor), and Eddie Waite (Carpenter), who shared their experiences of their trades and the career pathways available across our business, from electrical and carpentry to maintenance and facilities services.

Students had the opportunity to ask questions, learn about work experience opportunities, and get involved in hands-on activities, giving them a practical glimpse into life in the trades.

A big thank you to Avondale College for hosting a great event and helping inspire the next generation of trade professionals.

This week, we're proud to celebrate Samoan Language Week.

This year's theme:

"From the high mountains are the blessings of the village,"

reminds us of the importance of community, collective strength and the generations who have paved the way before us.

To be recognised on the global stage, among the best-managed facilities in the world, is a remarkable achievement and a reflection of the outstanding work of AUT's Estates Group and the entire AUT community.

We're proud to share that TPS plays a part in that story. As AUT's commercial cleaning partner, we're committed to the kind of consistent, high-quality service that contributes to a campus environment worthy of this recognition.

Yesterday, part of our Auckland cleaning team came together for a Pink Ribbon shared lunch in support of Breast Cancer Foundation NZ 💗

It was great seeing the team come together for such a meaningful cause.

We’re also proud to share that TPS is currently fundraising for Breast Cancer Foundation NZ, with some of our Senior leadership team stepping up to take on a few bold challenges ONLY if we hit our fundraising goal. Think head shaves, pink hair dye and waxing challenges.

Today the TPS Auckland Support office celebrated International Cultural Day 🌏

It was awesome seeing the office come together to celebrate the different cultures and backgrounds that make up our team.

The TPS team is proud to be fundraising for Breast Cancer Foundation NZ 🎀 and to help us reach our goal, our Senior Leadership team have agreed to take on a few bold challenges…

If we hit our $2,000 fundraising target by 5th June:

✂️ Our CEO Kenny Harris will shave his head
🩷 Our Head of People and Culture manager Kerry Elliot will dye her hair pink
🩹 Our National Sales manager Barry Stott will wax his arm or leg
🩹 Our CFO Lutz has agreed to the wax challenge
🩹 Our Specialist Division Ops manager Marius Nortje has also accepted the wax challenge

Every donation helps support the incredible work Breast Cancer Foundation NZ does for individuals and families affected by breast cancer across Aotearoa, while also bringing us one step closer to making these dares a reality.

For us Pink Shirt Day is about more than just wearing pink, it’s about encouraging kindness, inclusion and creating workplaces where people feel comfortable being themselves.

With a team that brings together a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, we know that a culture of respect and belonging matters every day - not just one day a year. You never truly know what someone else may be going through, which is why even the smallest act of kindness can make a real difference.
