NZ Decontamination & Remediation Specialist (NZDDRS) along with Apple Environmental are proud to announce that as a result of extensive testing conducted by Hill Laboratories and verification through Don McNaughton of Tech Consulting, Apple Environmental M**h Remover has met the requirements of the NZS 8510:2017 Standard for Testing and decontamination of m**hamphetamine-contaminated properties.

In conjunction with Apple Environmental M**h Remover and NZDDRS systems combined processes, both the product and the processes meet the requirements of the standard to safely decontaminate a property.

The standard for testing and decontamination of m**hamphetamine contaminated properties (NZS 8510-2017) is set out in Scope Section (1.1). This includes the requirements to risks to wellbeing, information on the disposal of contaminated wash solutions and the necessary safety measures to be taken during the decontamination process. The Cleaning Products Section of the standard (4.3.7.2) describes the nature of the acceptable products to be used (safe to use i.e.: effective in removal of m**hamphetamine, have no long-term adverse effects and not give rise to harmful reaction products).

As Quoted in the final report from Hill Laboratories and Don McNaughton, “M**hamphetamine is destroyed in the presence of the Apple Environmental M**h Remover. The presence of m**hamphetamine related fragments provides chemical information regarding the degradation pathway which is consistent with published data.”

“When Apple Environmental M**h Remover is used as directed and per instructions the resulting wash solutions meet the current NZS 8510:2017 standards.”

Conclusion
