I sit here in the office tonight after hearing the devastating news that you’ve left us.
Reading through the messages from your friends and family, it’s clear just how many lives you’ve touched and the impact you’ve had on so many people. In true Glenn fashion, you would’ve downplayed it — “ah, whatever,” changed the subject, and moved on.
You were a family man first and foremost. The industry always came second, and rightly so. But when there was a deal to be done, you were there. The commitment you showed over the years we knew each other was top class, and that will be deeply missed.
I’ll miss the after-hours calls when we finally had time to talk, the catch-ups, the airport pickups — you were a true gentleman in every sense.
To your family and friends, we’ve lost someone truly special — passionate in all aspects of life.
Fly high, my friend. We’ll talk again someday.
