A roof treatment is the best option when your roof has growth such as moss, mould and lichen.

We apply a natural salt-based product to your roof which will pe*****te into the structure of the growth, killing everything down to the roots.

The treatment is left on the roof and over a 4 – 6 week period will kill off the growth which then weathers away over 8-12 months. This keeps your roof free of moss, mould and lichen for up to 18 months.

"Right from the get-go, Spray and Wash were on task and on point. Analytical, detailed and fairly priced quoting, quick friendly comms, punctual and professional, thorough ex*****on. We chose this team from a number of other businesses quotes, and are pleased to say we're very satisfied with our choice (not to take away from the others, respectfully). Spray and Wash went the extra mile and the house has been brought back from what was starting to look embarrassing to a renewed state we're proud of again. Cladding, windows, gutters, fencing, deck, stairs, all sorted.

The gear laden utes the specialists have trumps the home handy mans Karcher water blaster hands down. There's no way I had the time, patience, skill or tools to tackle a full house clean. You have to call in the pros if you want to protect and care for your investment.

What does a soft wash do for your home?
A soft wash will bring back that fantastic shine and protect your home’s paint and surfaces .

It keeps staining from road grime and mould at bay. Most importantly for houses, we use low pressure, so you avoid damage from high pressure water blasting systems.

Last but not least, our solution has a low surface tension, which is a fancy way of saying your windows will dry without streaks and look nice and shiny too.

Loved the process online of selecting the service i needed. What a bonus getting our garage done complimentary as well. Too easy! It's the first time we've had a house wash, we normally diy...but won't be doing that anymore. Let's just leave that to the professionals

I also like that you have before and after photos. That's such a great bonus! We really needed to clear out the gutters as pigeons were making it their home and pooing grounds landing on our stair railings daily. That's no longer a problem anymore.
