GutterCare is expanding and seeking a talented, honest, motivated and committed individual to join our office based support and business development team. Our business prides itself in delivering consistently high levels of value, service and workmanship to our clients and has completed many thousands of exterior maintenance jobs around Greater Auckland over the past decade.

This full time position is based from GutterCare’s North Shore Office, located 5km from Albany Village in Dairy Flat. Own transport is a must but for those based this side of town, the commute to work is quick and easy. The successful applicant must be self motivated and capable of working on his/her own on occasion. Rates of pay will be based on the expected value the person who fills the role will add to the business. The expected salary range for the role is $50k to $85k

Experience in administration, job and relationship management, scheduling, client services, quoting, web development and marketing would be advantageous.

If you are looking for a real challenge, are a problem solver, are prepared to learn as well as bring energy and commitment to the role, we would love to hear from you. The successful applicant’s written and spoken English must be excellent. The ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin would also be fantastic but not a prerequisite. A rock solid grasp of IT based tools is also a must, including but not limited to data entry, CRM management, social media, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Google equivalents.

The role itself includes but is not limited to:

*Client and Enquiry Management
*Quotation Pricing & Preparation
*Job/Workflow Management
*Field Manager, Field Technician and Client Support
*Efficient Workflow Scheduling
*Troubleshooting
*Database Management
*Business Development
*Health and Safety Monitoring

This is a challenging but rewarding role, suited to a strong individual who's prepared to roll up his or her sleeves and work with our current team of 15 'superstars'.
